Gold and Platinum Season Passes include a 2024 souvenir cup. You can pick up your souvenir cup during any Preseason Pass Processing Day at the Season Pass Processing Center or on any public operating day once the park opens at the satellite Season Pass processing center in the E Pavilions at beginning of season, or at Guest Services.

We're leaping toward a summer full of family fun! Don't waste time waiting to process your Season Pass on opening day; visit during one of our remaining Preseason Pass Processing dates, to snap your Season Pass photo and pick up your 2024 souvenir cup (for eligible pass levels). Process your Season Pass early and receive one coupon good for either a FREE bag of Cotton Candy, FREE bag of Popcorn, a FREE Frozen Banana or a One-time Use Ride Exit Pass to bypass a ride queue line.

Processing FAQs

Do I need to Process? New Passholders...

Welcome to the club! As a new Passholder, you need to get your photo taken and pick up your physical Season Pass card. You may bring your Season Pass voucher (printed or on mobile device) to any Preseason Pass Processing Day or public operating day once the park opens. We suggest taking advantage of our Preseason Pass Processing Days, as processing lines are shorter, and you'll have more time to enjoy the park rides and attractions on your first visit on an operating day.

Do I need to Process? Renewals...

Thanks for renewing! Your 2023 Season Pass card has been automatically updated with your 2024 information and is ready for opening day. However, you can stop by the park during any Preseason Pass Processing Day for your souvenir cup if you purchased at the eligible Gold or Silver tier.

If I can get my Season Pass processed during my first visit, why do Preseason Pass Processing dates exist?

Preseason Pass Processing dates allow you to save more time for fun once the park opens for the season! By getting your Season Pass Processed early, you won't have to waste time on an actual park operating date. Lines can become lengthy at the Season Pass Processing Center on park operating dates early in the season. You can also upgrade your Season Pass on any of these dates. Please note: the park does not operate on Preseason Pass Processing dates.

Note: Season Passes purchased at Kennywood and Sandcastle cannot be processed at Idlewild.

I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?

New Season Pass Holder:
During your first visit, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center at Guest Services. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season.

Renewal Season Pass Holder:
When you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card! If your pass includes a souvenir cup, you may pick that up during a preseason pass processing date or on your first visit at the Season Pass processing center.

What if I lose my Season Pass Card?

If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by Guest Services for a replacement!

How do I upgrade my Season Pass?

It is easy! Visit our Guest Services located in Hootin' Holler to upgrade your pass to a higher level.

Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Season Pass?

You can upgrade your Day Ticket only on the same day you are visiting, at Guest Services in Hootin' Holler.

How do I update my payment information?

How do I update my profile?

Want to continue to receive emails with information and offers that are relevant to you? Be sure to update your profile regularly - it's easy!
