Idlewild & SoakZone is specially designed to take care of all your needs so that you can just focus on having fun! The park is well-equipped with restrooms, height-check stations, stroller & wheelchair rentals, and more! If you can’t find something that you need during your visit, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff members!
Cash to Card Machines
For faster and safer transactions, Idlewild & SoakZone now accepts cards only at all registers. Guests bringing cash can convert their cash into cards at one of three convenient locations: The porch of the General Store in Hootin' Holler, beside the Carousel Creamery stand in Olde Idlewild, and at Hydro's Gift Shop in SoakZone.
Restrooms
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the park: in Jumpin' Jungle, Olde Idlewild, Raccoon Lagoon Kiddieland, near the Wild Mouse, and in the SoakZone. Family restrooms are located in Olde Idlewild next to the Spider, and also at SoakZone.
Designated Smoking Areas
As a courtesy to our guests and for safety reasons, we ask that smokers refrain from smoking in all areas of the park except for parking lots.. Guests not adhering to the policy will be asked to extinguish their item and move to a parking lot.
Height Check Station
Guests may get an official height check at guest services located in Hootin' Howler beside the Howler ride.
Stroller/Wheelchair Rental
Strollers, wheelchairs, and motorized scooters are available for rent at guest services located in Hootin' Holler beside the Howler.
