To our Costumed Guests: Your costume or portions of your costume may need to be removed on some rides for safety reasons. Adults are not permitted to wear masks during HallowBoo. Idlewild reserves the right to ask a Guest to remove any costume deemed inappropriate or too scary.
Note: The SoakZone, The Wild Mouse, The Loggin' Toboggan, and Mister Rogers' Neighborhood will be closed.
HALLOWBOO! Event Schedule
October 3 - Fall Arthritis Awareness & Wellness Walk -
The Arthritis Foundation and Idlewild Park are presenting a fun-filled 5k arthritis walk during Hallowboo on Saturday, October 3, 2009. Registration and Wellness Event starts at 8 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:30 a.m. It is FREE to participate in the walk; those who wish to stay in the park after the walk will have to purchase tickets.

October 3 - Star 100.7
Star 100.7 will be set up at the gazebo near the Hillside Theatre. DJ Scott Alexander will broadcast live from noon to 3:00pm. Star 100.7 will also allow park guests to spin their prize wheel for concert tickets, tee-shirts, and other station merchandise.
October 4 - Radio Disney AM 540-
Radio Disney AM 540 will arrive at 12:30pm on Sunday, October 4th. They will set up at the entrance to Story Book Forest from 1:00pm – 3:00pm, and host games for prizes. Competitions will be based on the Disney TV series called “Wizards of Waverly Place”.
October 10 - 96.1 Tall Kathy at HallowBoo!
The Kiss 96.1 FM van will arrive at approximately 12:30pm and set up at the gazebo near the Hillside Theatre. DJ “Tall Kathy” will host Halloween themed kids games from 1:00pm – 3:00pm. Kiss 96.1FM will also give away Halloween coloring books and candy.
October 11 - Y108 FM
Y108 FM’s van will arrive at about 12:30pm on Sunday, October 11th. They will set up at the gazebo near the Hillside Theatre from 1:00pm –3:00pm. DJ Stoney Richardson will host games for kids. Y108 FM will also distribute free temporary tattoos, allow park guests to spin their prize wheel, and give tee-shirts to the winners
October 24 - WOGF Froggy 104.3 FM
Country music station Froggy 104.3 FM will host kids games, and allow guests to spin their birthday wheel for prizes from 1:00pm – 3:00pm. The Froggy costumed character will roam the park during their appearance. Kids can get candy from their “Candy Coffin”. Their Haunted Hearse will be positioned adjacent to the Froggy set-up location at the gazebo near the Hillside Theatre.
